2. MONTHLY RENT & DUE DATE
The agreed monthly rent is ₹ 22,000.00, payable on or before the 5th of each calendar month. Society maintenance shall be Payable directly by Tenant.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Tenant has paid an interest-free refundable deposit of ₹ 66,000.00, refundable upon vacant handover.
4. NOTICE & LOCK-IN
A notice period of 30 Days and a lock-in period of 3 Months shall apply.
