Please accept this letter as formal written notice that I intend to vacate the rented premises situated at Flat 304, Tower B, Prestige Towers, Koramangala, Bengaluru - 560034 on 30 Sep 2026, based on the 30-day notice period entered in our tenancy records.
I request you to kindly arrange a convenient time on or before the planned move-out date for our joint property walk-through inspection and key handover. The premises will be returned in a clean and tenantable condition.
Pursuant to our tenancy terms, I kindly request the prompt refund of my refundable security deposit of ₹ 75,000 upon vacant handover and reconciliation of final electricity/utility bills.
